All payments are made by bank transfer into our business bank account, and we do not collect or store any card details.

We obtain your personal information directly from you or your referrer. We only collect the minimum necessary data to provide our services. Under GDPR, we rely on the lawful basis of "Legitimate Interest" to process your personal information.
We keep all information confidential within Therapisant. However, there are several notable exceptions when confidentiality may need to be breached. These scenarios are fully detailed in the therapy contract signed with your therapist and may include:

All information collected from you is securely stored digitally using password protection or within a locked cabinet in line with GDPR regulations. Only anonymised data will leave our physical base. This information may be kept for up to 7 years following the final date of service use. The data will then be securely destroyed.
