I am a UK-trained Clinical Psychologist (HCPC Reg: 044947) with extensive experience working with children, families, and adults. I bring a deep understanding of mental health challenges and a compassionate approach to therapy. My practice is informed by psychoanalytic theory, cognitive interventions, and trauma-informed care, drawing on my diverse training and experience in NHS services and third-sector settings.
Throughout my career, I have supported individuals in navigating emotional challenges, building resilience, and fostering healthier relationships. My work has included helping parents and children under five, as well as adolescents and adults facing complex emotional needs, anxiety, depression, and relational difficulties. I value the therapeutic relationship as a key element of growth and strive to create a safe, collaborative, and supportive environment for those seeking help.
My training includes a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Canterbury Christ Church University, postgraduate certifications in Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT) from University College London (UCL), psychodynamic approaches, and specialised training in interventions such as Mentalisation-Based Reflective Parenting and parent-child relationship interventions like Circle of Security (COS-P).
I am committed to providing evidence-based, individualised, and culturally informed care that meets each person's unique needs, helping them explore and overcome their challenges in a meaningful and lasting way.
