If you are looking for expert clinical supervision in a supportive and confidential environment, get in touch with us to discuss your needs.
At London Psychotherapy Clinic, we offer face-to-face psychotherapy sessions in London for those who prefer this type of intervention. Our face-to-face sessions are offered ad hoc and subject to limited availability.
If you are interested in face-to-face sessions, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if we are unable to offer you in person sessions due to limited availability, we will work with you to find other resources and support options, including signposting you to other qualified practitioners.
We understand that everyone has different preferences and needs when it comes to therapy, and we are committed to offering a range of options to best support you.
Whether you prefer online sessions or face-to-face therapy, we are here to help you.
Online sessions are held from the safety of your own home or private space.
Numerous studies have demonstrated the efficacy of online psychotherapy as a valid and effective alternative to traditional in-person therapy. Online therapy has been shown to be effective for a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, traumatic stress, and relationship difficulties. Online therapy has also been found to be equally as effective as in-person therapy.
Starting therapy can feel daunting. Get in touch for an initial consultation where you can discuss in detail your concerns with an experienced clinician. You will decide together if now is the right time for you to start your therapeutic journey.
